My partner doesn't see my glasses
Both phones need to be signed in to iCloud (Settings, your name, iCloud). Open the You tab and check the Sync card: it shows iCloud, notifications and when the app last synced. Tap Sync now.
I don't get notifications when my partner drinks
Allow notifications for Glass by Glass in Settings, Notifications. Then open the app once so it can register with iCloud. The Sync card shows "Partner alerts: On" when it's working.
How do I pair with my partner?
Partner tab, Invite my partner. Send the message: it has the App Store link and your code. It's one partner each.
What's a streak freeze?
Buy one with drops in the Cups tab. If you miss a day, it's used automatically and your streak (and your streak together) stays alive. You can hold two. Premium includes one free each week.
Log from the Home Screen
Touch and hold the Home Screen, tap +, search Glass by Glass, and add the widget. Its button logs a glass without opening the app. You can also say "Hey Siri, log a glass in Glass by Glass".
Subscriptions and refunds
Manage or cancel in Settings, your name, Subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. Restore purchases is on the Cups and You tabs.
